2-day intensive program where international students leverage their dual-market advantage to create a real startup using AI tools, followed by 3 weeks of personalized coaching to develop a business execution plan and explore the Korean startup visa pathway.

Program Structure
- Pre-Learning: Online content provided after application, mandatory completion before hackathon
- Day 1: Staged cohort study covering idea discovery→problem definition→prototyping→pricing & customer strategy
- Day 2: Final presentation review→execution plan development→final pitching
- Post-Program Coaching: Three 1:1 online coaching sessions over 3 weeks to refine business plan, iterate product, and prepare D-8-4 visa documentation
